- Products that are not faulty but returned due to customer preference.
- Products missing parts or accessories that were not originally included.
- Do not dispose of the original packaging.
- Send photos of the product and packaging.
- A full refund will be issued.
- Charges will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
